Have your authentic 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope covered for repairs and replacement parts.
Your 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope is an investment that should be protected. For your peace of mind, every authentic Littmann purchased from an authorized dealer is covered by a local warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on your stethoscope (see tabs below for each model). The day of your purchase will establish the warranty start date, verifiable by your original purchase receipt.
If a material or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, repair your 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope for free at our local authorized service center, except in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage.
These exceptions include subjecting the stethoscope to:
• Immersion in liquids
• Sterilisation processes
• Drops or impact that would damage the chestpiece
• Improper handling and storage that would damage stethoscope parts.

Replacing your stethoscope parts is easy
In the event where your warranty has expired or if your stethoscope is damaged, have your 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope parts replaced at our authorized service center at a reasonable rate. Alternatively, you may purchase stethoscope parts and accessories from our service center as well.

3M™ Littmann® Stethoscopes with manufacturing or material defects covered under warranty can enjoy free servicing and repairs. However, if your warranty has lapsed or if your stethoscope is damaged, you can still have it repaired at our service center at a reasonable rate.

Q: Does my warranty cover missing or stolen stethoscopes?
A: The warranty does not cover missing or stolen stethoscopes. If you decide to purchase a replacement, we suggest finding an authorised distributor that offers engraving or name tags. See a list of our authorised distributors here.

Q: Will my warranty be voided if I engrave my stethoscope?
A: Engraving on your stethoscope does not void the warranty.

Q: If I bought my stethoscope from an authorised dealer in another country, is the warranty still valid in Philippines?
A: Local warranty coverage for stethoscopes purchased outside of Philippines will require proof of purchase for verification and may require longer lead times for processing. 3M also reserves the right to approve warranty requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer care team for assistance.

Q: If I bought an authentic Littmann stethoscope from a non-authorized dealer, is my product still eligible for repairs at authorized service center?
A: Your Littmann stethoscope would still be accepted for repairs at our authorized service center, where surcharges would apply for each repair. However, if you have purchased your Littmann stethoscope from an authorized dealer, no charges apply within the warranty period.
